Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 6 tbsp butter
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep seafood
    • Cut lobster tails lengthwise, loosen meat.
    • Pat scallops completely dry (important for sear).
  2. Season
