Soft Buttery Flatbreads – Recipe Only

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp oil or melted butter
  • 3/4 cup warm milk or water
  • Butter, for brushing

Instructions:

  1. Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
  2. Add oil and warm milk/water; knead into a soft dough.
  3. Cover and rest 20 minutes.
  4. Divide dough into small balls; roll each into a thin circle.
  5. Cook on a hot dry pan 1–2 minutes per side until puffed and golden.
  6. Brush hot flatbreads with butter and stack to keep soft.
