
Soft Buttery Flatbreads – Recipe Only
Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oil or melted butter
- 3/4 cup warm milk or water
- Butter, for brushing
Instructions:
- Mix flour, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add oil and warm milk/water; knead into a soft dough.
- Cover and rest 20 minutes.
- Divide dough into small balls; roll each into a thin circle.
- Cook on a hot dry pan 1–2 minutes per side until puffed and golden.
- Brush hot flatbreads with butter and stack to keep soft.
