Ingredients
Chicken
- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced
- Salt & black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Zest of ½ lemon (optional but amazing)
Pasta
- 250 g pasta (penne, fettuccine, or linguine)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Salt & pepper, to taste
- Pasta water (as needed)

Instructions
- Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain. - Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
- Heat butter + olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Sear chicken 3–4 minutes per side until golden. Remove and set aside. - In the same pan, add garlic and sauté 30 seconds (don’t burn it).
- Add lemon juice + zest, stir, then pour in cream.
Simmer gently 2–3 minutes. - Stir in Parmesan until melted and creamy.
Add a splash of pasta water if needed. - Add pasta and chicken back to the pan.
Toss until everything is coated and glossy. - Taste, adjust seasoning, garnish, and serve hot 😍
