Beef and Gravy:
- In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.
- Add chopped onion and garlic, cooking until soft and fragrant.
- Push beef to one side, add butter, and let it melt. Stir in flour and cook for about a minute to form a roux.
- Gradually pour in beef broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.
- Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika. Stir well and simmer until the gravy thickens (about 5 minutes).
- For a richer gravy, stir in milk or heavy cream and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Serving:
Spoon the beef and gravy over the mashed potatoes and enjoy! 😍
Would you add anything else to make it even better? Maybe some sautéed mushrooms or a sprinkle of cheese? 🧀✨
