Garlic Butter Lobster and Scallops – Recipe Only

Ingredients:

  • 2 lobster tails, cut lengthwise
  • 300 g scallops, patted dry
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, minced
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Paprika (optional)
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

Instructions:

Heat olive oil and 2 tbsp butter in a pan over medium heat.

Sear scallops 1–2 minutes per side until golden; remove and set aside.

In the same pan, add lobster tails flesh-side down; cook 2–3 minutes.

Flip lobster, add remaining butter and garlic; cook until lobster is opaque.

Add lemon juice and return scallops to pan.

Spoon garlic butter over seafood for 1 minute.
