
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add the cream of chicken soup, diced tomatoes with green chilies, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 5–6 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
- Remove the chicken, shred it with two forks, and return it to the crockpot.
- Add the broken spaghetti and stir well.
- Cook for another 20–30 minutes until the pasta is tender.
- Stir in the cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until melted and creamy.
- Taste and add salt if needed.
