Ingredients
For the Cake
- 2–3 ripe bananas, mashed

Instructions
1. Prepare Cake
- Preheat oven to 180°C / 350°F.
- Grease and flour a round or square cake pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, beat eggs, sugar, oil, vanilla, and mashed bananas.
- Fold dry ingredients into wet, then fold in walnuts.
- Pour into pan and bake 35–40 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool completely.
2. Make Cream Frosting
- Whip heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until soft peaks form.
3. Assemble Cake
- Slice cake horizontally if desired.
- Spread cream between layers and on top.
