Ingredients

  • 1 can (400–500 g) crushed pineapple (with juice, not drained)
  • 1 packet (85 g) pineapple gelatin (Jell-O)

Instructions

1️⃣ Pour the crushed pineapple with all its juice into a pot.
2️⃣ Bring to a boil.
3️⃣ Turn off heat and add the gelatin powder.
4️⃣ Stir very well until completely dissolved.
5️⃣ Pour into a dish or cups.
6️⃣ Refrigerate 2–3 hours until set.
