
Ingredients:
- 2 cups oat flour or almond flour
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp salt
- Optional: sesame seeds or flaxseeds for topping
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix yogurt, eggs, and olive oil until smooth.
- Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix to form a soft dough.
- Shape into small rolls or a loaf and place on the tray.
- Sprinkle with seeds if using.
- Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy on the outside.
- Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
