Crispy, Delicious Protein Bread

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups oat flour or almond flour
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • Optional: sesame seeds or flaxseeds for topping

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, eggs, and olive oil until smooth.
  3. Add flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix to form a soft dough.
  4. Shape into small rolls or a loaf and place on the tray.
  5. Sprinkle with seeds if using.
  6. Bake 25–30 minutes until golden and crispy on the outside.
  7. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
