🍨 Easy Ice Cream Recipe – Very Creamy & Makes a Big Batch

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cold heavy cream (whipping cream)
  • 1 can (395 g) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Place the heavy cream in a large bowl and beat with a mixer until thick and soft peaks form. The cream should be fluffy but not stiff.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Slowly add the whipped cream to the condensed milk mixture, folding gently with a spatula to keep the mixture light and airy.
  4. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
  5. Cover tightly and freeze for 6–8 hours, or until fully set.
  6. Remove from the freezer for a few minutes before scooping to get a perfectly creamy texture.

Tips

  • Use very cold cream for best results.
  • Do not overmix after adding the whipped cream.
  • You can add chocolate chips, fruit puree, or cookie pieces before freezing if desired.
